I paid,online,$3.87 for information on government grants.My account was also charged $19.95 for I do not know what.I was told that would only pay the $3.87.

same exact thing happened to me. fortunately my bank was on to some suspicious activity in my account and they didnt get any money from me. but these are some definete crooks and should be prosecuted.
