Swancare Metal Trading Copper Millberry Scrap trying to sell with false address and contract, Internet

We had received a Copper Millberry Scrap contract from Swancare Metal Trading. We had forwarded to our buyers in Poland together with Stockpile certificate of inspection by M/s. Cargosys Cargo Surveying and Inspection Services. When our buyers in Poland did the due deligence investigation they reverted back to us saying that the :- 1. The address of Swancare Metal Trading at 1772 Unit 304 L Mansion, Dian St., Palanan, Makati City has an exact match which belongs to 'Jumboat Enterprises' as registered in Philippines Dept. of Trade and Industry. 2. The address of the warehouse: #7, Carlo Drive, Tanyag, Bicutan, Taguig City, MM does not exist, it is a fake address. 3. The address of the Cargosys: 304 La Fuerza Plaza I, Makati City, Philippines is almost the same address of NIRVANA METAL TRADING (311 La Fuerza 1 Chiono Roces Ave, Makati City, Philippines) which is the name of the company involved in the copper millberry scam mentioned above.. 4. The telephone number of Cargosys which is +6322196437 is incorrect. How can we validate the credentials of the seller Swancare Metal Trading or if they are a scammers or real sellers. How can we proceed with informing the Police in Manila if they are fraudsters. Now due to this we are in a very difficult situation with our buyers. Thanking you.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Very interesting post. I work with a Seller of scrap metals and have successfully sold Copper Millberry to my Hong Kong buyers.

On a shipment involving 10 containers a couple months ago, the Seller was scammed by the trucking service and shipping broker. The containers were opened, copper removed and then filled with trash and cement blocks before being loaded on vessel and shipped to our buyers in the US.

To answer your question on what you can do, I recommend you contact NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) and INTERPOL as we have. Their forces are actively arresting all individuals involved including the truck drivers and business owners to recover the stolen Copper.
