for a very low retail price but all they do is to take your money away

they took $165.00 right at front when it supost to be a free trial.

Then when I try it, it stared to take almost $3.00 for every time I bid on something

I stoped bitting and a few days later I tryed to login and I could not, so I call customer services and all they say was that they were going to report the problem

and I should try to login later but it did not work, so I realized I was ripped off.

later they charged me $14.85 for another fee. I call the phone # and all they say it

was a charge for use the automated swpe and they asked me if I wanted to cancel the account, wich I did, but they did not refound the money and for the first charge of $165.00 I should call the number that was on the website. there is not a phone number, there is live chat but they said they didn'y do refounds.
