Boiler room tactics undercut the level of honesty and fair play that investors are entitled to under state law. This is exactly what Texas Allied Petroleum does! It appears that this firm and the sales agents go to great lengths to repeatedly misrepresent the true nature and risk of oil investments, pressuring investors into investing in oil and gas wells that they know little about and without any realistic hope of achieving the promised returns.


The owners of TAP guided their sales agents to make numerous misleading and possibly false statements to investors regarding the potential for successful investment returns and an exaggerated track record for previous oil and gas drilling, all the while minimizing the risk associated with drilling each well.
