SCAM Never deliver and never refund money

I ordered children clothings from their website on April 2 (www.thefrogandtheprincess.com), charged my credit card for USD265 but did not ship me anything! Website stated custom orders takes 3-4 weeks for delivery. I started to contact them on the 5th week, and they said my items are custom made and need to wait. I told them it was 5 weeks already, then they said they will check and get back with me for the tracking number. No reply so I contacted them again after a few days, then they told me it will be shipped in a few days. I trusted them so I didn't contact my credit card company, until it was 7th weeks, American Express said it was over 2 months already, so they couldn't do anything.

I asked them to refund me the money and the company said they will include a return slip in the package. I can simply return the package when I received the package, then they will refund me full. And how could I do this step when they never ships out the package!

So I just have to keep contacting this company, and they just keep dragging it, either no reply or telling me lies. Finally on May 30 and June 7, they said they ensure the package will arrive on June 8. Nothing came....on June 14, the owner AURELIA replied me back saying the order was sent and will arrive tomorrow, and gave me a USPS tracking number. I waited 2 days and nothing came. The tracking number that she gave shows nothing has shipped. I contacted them many times till now June 26, and they are just ignoring me and not replying.

She is in New York and I live so far away from her that I cannot go knock on their door and ask my money back face to face. She knew it that's why she can get my money without sending what I have ordered.

This owner Aurelia McAleese has other website with different items, don't buy anything from her / her compaines.

Just dealing with exactly the same issue. Put in an order in the spring at wallsticketoutlet.com and got the identical run-around. Complete scam. Talked to credit card company and they said it was too late to dispute the charge. Complete parasites on society.
