Vendio Account closed but charging me $10 a month for 2 years now. Read a couple other similar complaints. Internet, California

I used Vendio's hosting service for ebay until they changed their format. Too complicated so closed my account. 2 years later I find they are charging my credit card $10 a month. When I called they acknowledge that my accounts (I evidently had 2) were closed and would get back to me. No one has gotten back to me and they are still charging my account. The credit union told me that even if I cancel my credit card and have a new number issued Vendio can still find my card and charge me. So what can I do? I went online to see if there were other complaints for a similar issue. Found 2. BEWARE if you try to leave Vendio. Get something in writing? Can the Better Business Bureau or the Califorinia Attorney General do anything about this?
