Of course Thomas Carter would deny being involved in scamming his victims, these kind of thieves will continue ripping people off until they are caught. Thomas has been lying and cheating for many years now and has defrauded many victims.

He preys on vulnerable people, the elderly and makes promises of huge returns on their investments. He's running a Ponzi scheme, taking money from new investors to pay his existing ones. He makes promises to invest the funds in opportunities or companies that will pay them high returns with little or no risk. He makes promises that they can use the returns for personal expenses, instead of any legitimate investment. This is some new and hot investment, that only he knows about so they need to hurry and get in on the bottom floor before it's to late. Capital Window and his partners create companies that have no value and lure people into investing into them, only to offer stock into those companies that are worth nothing. The people closest to him have benefited from his bogus companies so they give him credibility to scam others. He IS being investigated and has been sued multiple times for fraud. Thomas this will come to an end and for you and all those involved, one way or another justice will be served. If you have been scammed by him, please come forward and report him to your local FBI or authorities.
