| BUYER BEWARE!!! Tidwell Car Company sold a car to a close family member of mine. They told us that everything was okay with the car, come to find out the catalytic coverter need to be replaced so it could NOT PASS emmissions, All four Car door Locks Broken, Right passenger window not working, Interior Dirty, Front driver-side inside bumper cover missing, Not remote control, no spare keys, Service engine light showing. They told us not to worry they would fix it. THEY LIED, luckly for us the car was still under warranty so the headquarter dearlership fixed all the problems whereas Tidwell after telling us they would fix everything did not even when the car failed emmissions. It has taken over 2 months to get the car in working condition, the Dealer ALI SAMAD is very rude and does not know anything about customer service, he will yell you right outside and send you on your way and hang up in your face after arguing with you over the phone. DONT GET YOURSELF INTO A SITUATION LIKE THIS, pass this lemon company and keep it moving!!! NOT WORTH THE HASSEL PERIOD! June 6, 2011 |

| User229961 bought 2005 Nissan Murano with 59k yes it was still under factory warranty. When Amanda and Pauline Udunka aka User229961 bought this vehicle then returned a coulple days later for the check engine light that came on. She dropped the vehicle off and we took it to Nalley Nissan to have them fix it! The Nissan dealership replaced one Catalic converter it failed emmissions then they brought it back to us and we took it back to nissan then they put 3 more converters on! User229961 got mad at us for what the Nissan service department didnt do the first time. Call Nalley Nissan (404) 292-6828 in Decatur ask if a 2005 Nissan Murano VIN# JN8AZ08TX5W304003 was fixed! As to phampton people posting things about our service to the community just as ask any of the over 20, 000 customers we have sold vehicle's to and this is the only online complaint? Please feel free to contact Tidwell Car Company about the Validity of this matter then please call Nalley Nissan to see if the vehicle ever got fixed. By the Way! ask Udanka if she is satisfied with the other vehicles she bought here. |

| Believe what you want, An Ideal Car service/business in my opinion is suppose to have tons of costumers but should never deny any one single person/situation their right of that customer service, That is very important and while the car may have been fixed by the nissan dealership, it was not able to be enjoyed until 2 months after purchase. If that was the case, it would not have been an issue as long as their was courtesy by the owner for that inconvienience. Be mindful of "Every" customers opinions and thoughts at all times & show business etiquette. Ask Mr. Samad if he was the owner at the time of purchase of the last vehicle. These are my own thoughts of my own personal experience with the owner myself and NOT the purchaser Pauline. Thank You. |
