Do not go near this Company. They are thiefs. They stole my home. Tried to bring my loan current and then all of the sudden I had a huge collateral inspection fee and other charges. They provided fraudulent documentation to the court. The loan was never even recorded properly. He even wrote a letter to me stating that he new my home had equity and would get it. He is a very bad man. We have suffered dearly. Whatever you do, stay away. I am afraid of this man and fear what he might do to my family.

To whom it may concern-

We have never made a loan to this poster "Miami Marylan". We are a fully licensed direct lender, licensed by the Department of Corporations and the CA Department of Real Estate. We have a 100% satisfactory rate with both agencies. We undergo a mandatory audit annually, the most recent in March 2011. We were 100% compliant. If the question is, have we foreclosed on homes, the answer is "Yes". If a borrower does not make their payments, and refuses to correspond with our office on a resolution plan, then we as the lender are left with no choice but to initiate foreclosure action. This is the last step, in many attempts to work with the borrower to cure their debt.

Lastly, we have never perpetuated a "loan that was not recorded" or "provided false information to the court". Simply untrue, and hardly believable.

As stated previously, we have never even issued a loan to a "Miami Marylan". If they misreprent their name in this post, what else are they misrepressenting?
