I contacted Tonya Ramirez of We Love Shih Tzu in early August 2010 and sent her a payment of $1248.00 for the purchase of an adult breeding female + shipping and Paypal fees. Within two days of sending the money, I had a personal situation come up and told her that I could no longer purchase the dog. She told me that she had spent the money to fix her car, but would refund me ASAP.
Well, to make a long story short, After waiting 11 months for my refund, I have received only $150 of the $1200 refund and now she says that I have a "credit" with her. I never agreed to purchase another dog from her, and I told her several times that I have no intention of purchasing a dog or puppy for that matter. I totally do not trust her and even if I wanted a puppy, I am afraid of what she would send me.
I am now sure that she has no intention of sending me the rest of the money that she owes me. This entire time she has been using stall techniques and has told me various stories. She said that she would breed this female and sell her puppies to pay me the refund money. She claims to have bred this female two times in the past year, but that the breedings are not successful. Yet even though the breedings have not been successful, she still wants to send me the same breeding female. That makes no sense. Why would I need a breeding female that cannot get pregnant?
I called her last week and she hung up on me. I sent her an e-mail on 06-27-11 and asked that she honor our original agreement and send me the refund of $1050 balance. She ignored that e-mail. I was willing to work with her, but now it seems that she has cut off contact with me and has stolen my money. I have to say that I am shocked that she believes that she can steal $1050. This is totally unethical and dishonest behavior on many levels.
