I got attracted by the cheap price. I read the fine print on the website and everything looked good. I have never had any riding experience. So I decided to sign up for this course. This course was described as a beginner's course (for someone who has not had ANY experience). Yet, they somehow expect everyone to learn within 30 minutes how to do several steps/exercises AND they don't mention the potential for this on the website at all. They failed to mention that perhaps you should be familiar with driving manual or that you should be prepared to ace some motorcycle actions within 30 minutes and if you don't, your time is over and you go home and no refunds. The instructor gave ONE demonstration. If I asked him questions to make sure I was doing it right, he would down talk me and say "The easiest step to do, you can't do". Even after down talking me, he would not answer my questions to assure me that I was doing the steps correctly. It wasn't till I was actually ON the motorcycle that the instructor mentioned that I could get kicked out if I didn't complete the steps in 30 minutes. He just randomly started telling me something like "You're not doing this right, you may just have to leave". I was confused and overwhelmed and eventually he told me to leave. I did improve within minutes because I had asked a classmate. But my effort went unnoticed by him and I had to leave with no knowledge, no learning, no license, and without my money's worth. The classroom/lecture instructor was not bad. I had no problem with the classroom portion. This company's website was not clear on simple suggestions. If I had known that I would have to learn hard moves within 30 minutes in this "Beginner's Course", I would not have wasted my time and money attending. Instead, I would have made sure that I got private lessons of some sort. Also, if I knew I should be familiar with standard, I would have taken this into consideration more carefully. But I guess that's their business, to be unclear about the details and pocket my money without an effort.
