USBI on behalf of Peak Communications is billing me $71.30 a year at $5.95 a month for long distant charges I get for a flat rate with Qwest communic

In April or so of 2010 I noticed that I had been charged $5.95 on my phone bill for third party long distant charges from USBI on behalf of Peak Communications, that my long distance from Qwest had been cancelled and I now had long distance through them. I did not, nor did my husband authorize this. I called my telephone provider Qwest Communications and asked them to explain to me what this was all about, and they told me that my long distance through them had been cancelled and that USBI was now in control of my long distance at $.69 cent a minute. I told Qwest that I DID NOT authorize the switch and enrolled again with Qwest for long distance. They then instructed me to call the 888 number on my bill and ask them to remove me from their services and inform them that I already have a long distant carrier. After getting the run around from the 888 number which belongs to Peak Communications listed on my bill, they then give me another number to call which finally is USBI, with very little patients left, I as nicely as I could, I explain to them that I do not want there services and I have my own and to remove me from there list or whatever it is they use. They then give me an apology with the "oh I sorry's" and "the oh let me fix that for you" they give me a comformation number, with me a good day, and I hang up.....only....to open my next months phone bill to find that I am again being charged for something that I'm not using, USBI Long Distant Services, on behalf of Peak Communications. I have called them several times, at least once every other month for a year, to have them remove me for their list...and they do the samething apologize, give me comformation nubmer, wish me a happ day,and start all over again the next month....they are scam artist, scumbags, and I am tired for paying $5.95 a freakin' month to these loosers....I could have used the $71.30 I've sent them this year on something useful!!!
