| I bought Ugg boots from this site, which purported to be the official Ugg boot site. After payment I received an email from [email protected], which immediately raised suspicions. The email said an amount had been paid to a company in Shanghai. My bank tells me this is a scam. |

| Christ, I orderd 3 pairs for my girls for Christmas. I too had a bad feeling when I received an email from [email protected]. The site I ordered from links to another site bootsyahoo.com and the site looks exactly the same. I am totally pissed, can't understand how this can happen with today's technology and internet shopping protection. I am emailing them now to cancel my order and DEMAND a refund! |

| I ordered a pair of boots last month and after I ordered them I checked reviews just in case. I came across all these comments and immediately emailed the customer services asking for a refund. 2 weeks later I received a letter from the UK Border Agency stating they have checked my parcel and they are counterfeit UGG Boots and that they have destroyed them. I again emailed UGGEDEN as I never received a conformation of order email or conformation of dispatch email, telling them that my boots have been confiscated and asking for a refund which they still haven't replied 12 days later. They also took £8.12 more than more order value out of my bank. I am now trying and hoping to get my money back through my bank. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMING PEOPLE |

| I purchsed boots from www.uggboots-store.org.uk and am unable to get one of them on my foot. I have contacted the company to send them back and have a refund but aren't getting any joy. They have suggested I give them as a gift to friends or family, and have told me that they will cost too much for me to return and I will be wasting my 'precious time' doing so. Apparently I have to send them to their overseas shipping contacts but I cannot get an address or any information from the company. They just keep stalling me. Never have I had so much trouble in trying to return an item to someone. Was this company just set up for Chirstmas advertising Ugg Australia cheap? Has anyone else purchsed from these? |

i have also ordered a pair of ugg boots on 1st december and still havent recieved them. utter scam!!
took more money out than what the final payment was. emailed company 3 times with still no reply!!!

I ordered makeup woth £36 on a site called fakemaccosmetics.com, seconds after i paid the page said there was a verification error with my account and bank but the money was still taken out. i checked my emails and i recieved a email from sitecomplain saying the same old gobbel-dee-dook they've been saying to all you. I stupidly replied twice, thinking they were genuine. It been 2 weeks since my order. No delivery, no tracking number. Nothing. Im angry, thankgod i did purchase more!!! You cant even contact the people of the website as the only contact is made by email in which you recieve no replys. I also relised that as soon as i sent it, apparently the money was send to a webiste called 'www.goodnetbuy.com' which has absulotely nothing to do with it! and on my bank statement the description came up as giivng the money to: PQAUYC CAJBY Y.K., 353.14 CNY, RATE 0.10

| Watch out...they are linked. 'moncleroutletonlinesales' is also linked and you will not receive a refund even though you are given an address to post the item back to (at a high cost paid by myself!) They just refuse to accept the package until it is sent back to china post depot and eventually back to you in uk! Do not buy from them! Does anyone know how to get the money back from them? Please help, the item was supposed to be a birthday present! |

| I ordered a Longchamps Le Pliage bag and it came from China even tho the tag says Made in France. The bag is clearly a fake. No way to return it that I can see. What I hope is that my credit card is not compromised. Anyone had identity theft issue after using this site? |

| To clarify my earlier post it was site complaint.com but I was first drawn in by longchamps discount.com. So beware of that site. It is a scam.. You get a fake product shipped from China. It doesn't even look very good and I am out $70. |
