| I bought Ugg boots from this site, which purported to be the official Ugg boot site. After payment I received an email from [email protected], which immediately raised suspicions. The email said an amount had been paid to a company in Shanghai. My bank tells me this is a scam. |

My daughter had saved hard and ordered a pair of boots from this site over a month ago
she has emailed several times annd asked for a refund but with no reply
If anyone knows of a way to get her money back PLEASE let me know as she very upset at loosing this money and being scamed |

| i ordered bailey boots from this company they took the money and said the boots were delivered i did not receive them and they were not signed for on delivery sent an email telling them this boots were ordered on 5 of september no trackin number sent by email what should i do |

| I have ordered two pairs from the site almost 4 weeks ago and still no boots or reply from them. I did not know it was a scam either untill i was trying to find out why they were taking so long! I paid on a debit card aswell so will have no chance of getting the money back! How do we complain about it?! |

They are at it again. This time the site is http://www.snow-bootstore.com, with Ugg Australia in the tag, but registered to the same people in China.

I have ordered a pair of boots for my daughter on the 20th September. I emailed them asking if they had been dispatched, a reply came from a 'Cindy', saying they had, and supplied me with a tracking number, and a web site where I could check the progress out. It doesn't work???
It is now the 1st October...still no boots. So angry if this is a scam, as I'm a single parent and money is tight to start with. the original advert was placed on Face Book...surely they should check the sincerity of these sites before placing them on their page. |

| I bought what I thought were ugg boots from this site but when I received them I realised they are fakes. I've e-mailing them 3 times even tried calling hong kong which is the address they gave on the invoice no reply. I just lost my flat in the riots and all it's contents and now I've been scammed on top of it! I can't even use these boots as they are too small...why are there so many w***kers in this world? I'm really angry. Trading standards here I come. |

| I ordered my uggs on the 3rd of September and still haven't received them. I have emailed them a number of times but had no reply. The site looked real to me and the boots looked genuine. I also received the email from csreason when I ordered them. I have emailed them but also no reply from them. I came across the complains only last week and have realised now that this is a scam. Has anyone had their money back? If so how? What should I do now? I don't even want the boots now as they appear to be fakes!!! |

| The same has happened to me I ordered some boots on 15th september the first time my payment got declined and I had a call saying it was my bank (doubting if it was now) they asked for my personal information I didn't think anything bad about it and they authorised the transaction. On the16th sept I got an email from cindy saying they had received my payment and were sending boots I too was overcharged and I have not received my boots I have emailed cindy loads asking where my order is I have been given 2 tracking numbers that don't exist and I have several times asked for a refund. Yesterday I had an email from cindy saying my boots have been delivered well no they haven't! They can't get away with this has anyone got there money back? |

| well i know airjordanclub.com use the same sitecomplaint thing... but i always have gotting my shoes... in i order from them like 6 to 7 time in i always get my shoes on time... in they come back looking just like the shoes in the store... but i did have a problem with them one time when my shoes tore on the side in they didnt want to give me my money back... but other then that the website and the shoes are good... in the ppl that own the site the hit me up all the time on my email... they are really good ppl... in if u dont believe me hit me on my email @ [email protected] in i show u pictures of the shoes |

| I had bought my 'ugg boots' on the 19-9-2011. I had an email straight away from the vistamasterpay, didnt really think anything of it. I then waited for the 15 working days for the estimated delivery. Of which i had no email stating that they had been dispatched. i sent a email to uggeden and had no reply. so i then sent one from my own personal email account. i then had a reply with tracking information. I then did what dhl instructions were. then it said that my item had been sent and signed my a person named dickinson. i then googled the uggeden site and this page came to my attention. I have rung my credit card plc, they have said if they have set up an electronic transation that they will not be able to stop it and that it all has to be invesigated before i am able to get the some of money back. All i can is they are GITS!!! |

| Ok!! You have freaked me out!! I just bought a pair of Uggs from Christmas-onsale.com!! I have also-like you- received an e-mail from [email protected]!! After a couple of minutes, the company sent me an e-mail to inform me that my order status is : processing! what should I do??? I used my husband's credit card because he wanted to make me a gift!! If anything goes wrong..I'm dead!! |

| I ordered a pair of boots on Friday 14th Oct, payment was taken that day and I too have received an email from sitecomplaint...which doesn't seem to exist!! My boots cost £105...I will see if they are delivered but think i had better call the credit card company and make them aware. OH DEAR! Alot of money to lose! |

I ordered uggs at the very start of september from this website... they still havn't arrived. I didnt get an email from a visa thing. I have emailed the customer services and had 1 reply telling me i could track my order which showed that my uggs had arrived in the uk on the 24th september, so where are they? they deffinatley have the right address as i rechecked just to be sure. what do i do?

| I also ordered a pair of boots nearly 2 weeks ago, but froma site called cheapuggbootsukonline.co.uk and also has the sitecomplaint website associated to it. They took my money but I only paid an extra £1.50 for the currency exchange, and no other money has been taken from my account. Fingers crossed they actually arrive now!!! |

| i purchased a pair of boots on behalf of a neighbour, i sent an email requesting a order status update, theyve emailed me back to say out of stock and they they will be refunding me soon, the email was in very broken english for an australian firm, im starting to think this is a scam and the sitecomplaint.com is also part of the scam |
