I ordered the South Beach Java sample for $4.95. I had my sample for just 2 days when my debit card was "hit" for $93!!! When I called SBJ to inquire why, the rep told me matter of factly that 10 days after I ordered the sample I was automatically enrolled in their program. I explained that I only received the sample 2 days prior & didn't even have a chance to "sample" the sample. I told her I was upset & to immediately cancel me from the "program". She gave me my membership cancellation number as well as the RMA # to return the most expensive pound of coffee I'd ever accidentally ordered. I returned the coffee & made sure to send it delivery confirmation from the post office. They received it 2 days later. Well, I waited 12 days & called to inquire about my refund. The foreign man explained in broken english that he had no idea but it could take up to 3 weeks. I said, "Wait a minute. They promptly took my money in 10 days without missing a beat, but to return my money will take twice that time?" He laughed & acknowledged that it didn't seem right, but that was the case. He was very polite so I let him off the hook on this one. Now I sit & wait to see how long the refund will take.
