Universal Internet Advertising Scammed me out of $12,000.00 U.S to advertise a website that makes no money at all! Tempe, Arizona

Universal Internet Advertising in Tempe Arizona talked me into setting up a website to sell products for amazon.com. They charged me $12,000.00 for advertising with the promise of a full refund if I changed my mind.I realised I would have to sell about $400,000.00 worth of products just to get my $12,000.00 back!I phoned them within 4 business hours to ask for a refund but they refused even though the writen agreement clearly states that they offer a 14 day full refund on products /services .Everthing they told me about the website and its money making potential were lies! It is all a great big scam!

ATM and Universal Internet Advertising took me for $18, 000. My question is there anything that can be done. They have changed my website and are trying to sell it. These guys are crooks and should all be in jail, particularly WALKER BROWN. If anyone knows how we can nail these guys without spending an arm and a leg let me know

Is Amazon even aware of the lies that are being told around their name? Do they care? When your talking to someone who says they represent a notable internet company you don't even think about whether or not what's been said could be a lie. I feel like a victim...scammed out of my last $7, 000.00 I now have to go into bankruptcy because. All the rep. at ATM Tree said was, " do you want me to close you web site?".
I'm angry...fighting mad. Does anyone have any suggestions about taking action?
