Unlimited Local Saving withdrew $49.99 from my bank account without my authorization. When I inquired about the incident, Kaye a representive, explained that I inquired about some coupons. I never inquired about any coupons or saving for $49.99. She also pretend to have computer problems and that she had to call me back once the problems was solved. She called back to tell me that she would cancel my subscription, but not refund my $49.99 to me. So I explained to her that I wanted my $49.99 refund and that I have spoke with my bank and that they were investigating this action. So she gave me a website to go to for a refund. I am calling my bank to notify them again of their actions. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.
