US Mitigation Services Richard Moore, Took $1400 for Mitigation Services that dont exist Dallas, Georgia

My home was in the process of being forclosed. I received a Welcome Package from a man named Richard Moore with US Mitigation Services. He was suppose to be my Intake Officer and handling getting all of this taken care of. I also talked to a Peter Mills that also was suppose to be helping me. After I sent them $1400 I could no longer get in contact with anyone. I left several messages and got no return phone calls. I filled out the welcome package back in October of 2010 and now I stand a chance at losing my home and I'm out of $1400. I actually put my Social Security information in this Welcome package and all of my information thinking that this was legite. They said that they could get my mortgage modified and stop the forclosure. Months have passed and I've heard nothing.

Contact the Governor's Office of Consumer Protection in Georgia: http://consumer.georgia.gov/consumer-services/filing-a-complaint. He owes the state of PA $350, 000 for doing the same thing and was ordered to cease and desist in Las Vegas NV, didn't, owes fines and fees for loan modifications. I agree, he needs to be put in jail.
