| I was contacted by this company via phone. They said they were looking for someone in my area to be a sales rep. I was only told that they would furnish the website and that if I advertised, the products would sell themselves. NOT TRUE! I have advertised their products and only received feedback that others wanted to market my website for me. No one has been interested in their products at all. I was also NOT told that I would have to get out and actually sell their products initially. It was only after the fact. If you read more about the complaints on this company, you will see that their products do not sell like they claim. They charged my credit card company for $595. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! |

Same old story. I hesitated at first, after reading their biased contract where the co. gets everything, the distributor nothing. All governmental agencies only collect complaints and file them. Do not expect them to act on your brhalf. The BBBs and other commercial sites are like wolves you send to guard the hen house. The only way I can see id to bring them to small claims court. All states sset the limit for small claims. You do have court costs but for $6, 000 I'm willing to pay it.
What about the "Termination Form"? It is a "Catch-22". If you want to terminate then you are agreeing that there is no refund, and they will shove that in your face.
Legal action is the only way. What about a class-action suit? |

| Same story different company there is a company that has assisted many people in these biz ops They have recovered over 1.5 mill in the last 2.5 years. I became involved with this company in Dec of 2008 and it has become a nightmare- What is this termination form you talk about - I have never seen or heard of it!
They have never completed the advertising they took money for and there is no support -- I gave up after getting a very threatening e-mail from Paul Dickenson.- I have tried every avenue but small claims court.
This company gets away with ripping people off cause there is no help out there that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and lets face it we already lost those to this scum ridden company! I have contact with 14 distributors from all over the US and one in Canada and we are all frustrated with with the lack of avenues to get help to get our money back or shut this company down.
