As there's something going on in our house, we needed a hidden surviellance camera to catch a theif. So we decided to go to Wesley Private Investigation Inc. for help since their advertising are pretty sincery and they make theirselves seems really professional on the Ads. but end up they're very dishonest and rude.... The president of this company Tony H. was our cosultant when we walk into the office, he told us that he'll install the survillence camera the way we needed it and on the date that we both agreed, we paid him $800 as downpayment after consultation, and sign an agreement which indicates that we'll pay him another$400 after he goes to our house and complete installation of the hidden survillence camera on December 25th. Tony H. didn't show up that day, he was in Vegas with his family having fun on X'mas which I didn't blame him much, until this "Jason" guy who he sent to our house for installation show up with his two toy like mini DV which you can buy for less than $30 on Amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/Mini-DV-Worlds-Smallest-Resolution/dp/B002UZ54KY/ref=pd_sim_t_7 I felt disappointed and totally felt ripped off when he pop out with these Mini DV that he bought, I mean! we paid them $1200 for their professional help to install 2 survillence camera, but they came in with these toy cameras that only provides 2hr recording time which he claims is able to record up to 72hrs, (it cames with 4GB mini SD card which means it can only keep a video clip with 1hr lenghth, how can it ever be a survillence camera??) I was angry, and called Tony H. for an reasonable explanation, Tony was very inpatient on the phone, and told me that if we want a better camera, I need to pay another $450 Jason immediately so he will order a "costumized professional wireless survillence camera". I guess I wasn't hopelessly dump, I didn't pay him right away, and instead I asked Tony to return with a wireless survillence camera since the ones that Jason bought was unable to do the task. He said ok, but the factory will need some time to manufactue this "cosumized professional wireless survillence camera". So we waited 2 weeks for Tony's "costumized professional wireless survillence camera", finally we go to his office today, he showed us this Mini Wireless Color Camera with Microphone (by Generic) http://www.amazon.com/Mini-Wireless-Color-Camera-Microphone/dp/B000YM2OIK/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1325988907&sr=1-2 and insisted us to pay another $450 for this toy camera, when I see this camera I felt like a completely idiot for trusting him in the begging, so I tried to explain to him that none of these cameras that he provided is able to do the task, and ask him to refund us the downpayment, he suddenly went furious and yelled at me "get the hell out of my office, this is America, you're in my office, I have the rights to ask you out." and before I walk out of the door, he humiliated me and say "roll on the floor and get the hell out now". He acted like a rascal, that's why I was kind afraid when I told him to wait for my attroney letter, because he might do bad things to our family since he already knew our address.... for people out there trying to ask for private investigation, do a proper research on their reputation before you go to them.... sorry about my English because I'm not a native speaker and still learning English, sincery thanks for your patience for sharing my story here with me, have a good one....!
