| West County Honda is a new automotive dealership formerly Steven Vincel Honda, a former employer of mine i would strongly advise anyone from seeking a career here unless you want to overworked underpaid. I recently resigned from this store, frankly not car dealership but an everyday scene from the movie boileroom, the 80s movie used cars has nothing on this place i wont go into details you need to you tube used cars and you will understand. Most dealerships get a bad name for taking advantage of customers, dont get me wrong they do that, but also treat employees with the same respect, a couple of examples taking advantge of retired combat victims employee discrimination against employees with too many tatoos, an employees sexual gender, and a personal account, as a manager at west county honda i recieved a company vehicle i left on a friday talked to my owner and he agreed that i could have the vehicle until the following WED so on sunday i emailed him asking how he was going to take care of the outstanding money who owed me, and simply stated that i would to come up the next day monday and get my check and drop off the car that way its all taken care of, so the next day about 12:30 pm my door bell rings and its 2 employees from west county honda, i answered the door and they told me they were here to my car, i was kind of puzzled because i was told to return it on Wed, i tried to call the owner Bill Cafarella he did not answer i told the man that was doing all the talking that i wanted to talk to Bill Cafarella before i agreed to give them the car he proceeded to tell me that he would call the police if i didnt open my garage and let them have the car, which they did call the police and 2 cop cars were sitting out in front of the house, forgot to mention all this happened in front of my little girl. The reason for all of this drama previously i in my email i mentioned money that was owed to me SHOCKER HES SAYS HES NOT PAYING ME im a father of 3 children and the only source of income, did i mention this man has a family, i guess he just cares about himself. And to the customers good luck getting your paperwork they either hold it for ransom, mail it late, or simply lose it. The company motto is we are changing everything, thats no joke they do things that are absolutely horrible and i have never seen before and ive been in the car business 15 years. You have been warned stay away no matter if you are planning on buying a car or seeking a job, trust me i learned the hard way if you have any questions about this circus of a place, just email the owner at he will be glad to ignore your email, if you are looking for a new honda bommarito honda or st louis honda are customer friendly and will treat you with respect and wont jack you around save your self some time and irritation west county honda could care less about you unless you threaten the BBB or Attorney General then they will contact you. Its worth the drive to one of the above honda stores trust me your better off. Remember when it comes to West County Honda in Ellisville Mo just say no by the way they have only been in business since April i can only imagine how bad it will the longer they are around. |
