Williams&Byrd Attorney at Law Disceptive legal fees charged and paid for......Services not rendered....Lies to his own clients....Refuses to refund m

In August 2011 i received a red light traffic violation ticket in Tyler Texas and i was given this Legal Attorneys name William&Byrd Attorney at Law, thru a pre-paid legal service that i was a member of after I paid my membership to this said pre-paid legal service,I spoke to this Attorney one time over the telephone to discuss money, and my case, and Mr.Larry Byrd Attorney, and we agreed on a fee for his services for legal representation in court of law.I paid him in full for his charges in two payments of my hard worked money and i expected him to for fill his obligations...After two month of continuances of court dates and no communications with this attorney except thru mail...i even called his office and asked his secretary to have him call me, so we could talk,this attorney would not call me....one week the man went on vacation, and could not even be bothered to call me, or give me any updates,this attorney left me in the dark,no communications,i again called his office and spoke with his secretary and told her that if he can not be bothered to communicate with me, and return my telephone call,then i dont need him.....The week of October 7th i received a letter stating that he would not be representing me in court no more, and that he withdrew himself per my request,,,which is a lie....all i was looking for is some answers for what was going on, or an update if you will????all this business is doing is trying to make me look bad, by saying i requested that he withdraw from my representation in a court issue that he knowingly knew he could not win, but took my money anyways....and the has the nerve to send me another letter dated October 25,2011 stating that he wanted to charged me $1,150.00 more, plus $100.00 for Millage to my court hearing....this is a RIPOFF...............................Dont you think??????? I do........I also believe that all this Attorney is doing is scamming the consumer....The Public.....The Communities of nearby towns.....Knowing right well what he is doing and knows the laws and thinks he can and will get away with this scamming business.....This is not PROFESSIONAL business.....Or a Professional legal service.....This is surely Poor Business Practice.....This is nothing but a Big Ripoff.... So Public Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Williams&Byrd Attorney at Law................RIPOFF
