Per install on May 19th, 2010it has been one deceivment after another, opened first case with PUCO, in June, 2010, then had to drag OH attorney generals office into it, first compromise was in Sept, 2010, I paid my share, was credited for $394.22, but wait they still wanted me to stay hooked up, even though for 5 months I never activated the internet, like an idiot I said ok, Oct thru to date, still I could never activate the internet, finally on Dec 12th, 2011 I was proved right about my theory they had just committed fraud and ripped me off.


I had finally bought my laptop and there was no service, service to a point, the router modem that has to deliver my internet had a password on it, the company claims they give everyone a temp username and password when you choose the internet broadband, wrong again, I had no such document or password in my home, I called the tech center supposed to be open 24/7 got a guy on the phone who said the office was closed would have to call back on Monday, mad I called another service provider who had me hooked up 18 days later on Dec. 30 in less than 2 mins had internet broadband service.


wait there is more, the company told the OH attorney generals office they dont know what I am complaining about now. they sent me a letter via postal mail, both to the generals office assistant and me, stating I had not called the company and that they had not heard from me to disconnect because I was with another provider, so I called them on Jan 20, they shut me off the next morning, but wait they then send a bill for limited service just phone no unlimited long distance no internet, and bill me for service that was just disconnected. the bill being $275. now and due to go to collections. two cases are presently open with OH attorney generals office and the PUCO to clear this problem up. I want the entire balance of the bill to disappear. I could dispute the true fact I never activated the internet. there fore they cant really bill me for services for 7 months on the 49.99 a month for life plan. now can they? since I didnt dispute it from May to Oct. I think I have lost my rights, but can dispute it from Oct to Jan 21st shut off date. also disputing long distance billing when they shut that off on dec 17th. 2010, this company is growing in its problems and no one , I mean no one in the government or the regulators care they are doing this to disabled, social security receipients.
