Failure to deliver goods

I ordered some jewelry from an overseas company (I'm in the UK, they are in US) on 6th June, and was told the order would be delivered within 3-10 working days. 2 weeks after this, my order had not been received, so I got in touch with the company, who then said that the package was to be 'returned to sender', which I thought was fair enough as they said they would then re-send the package. A further 2 weeks later, nothing had been received, and the company said they would send my order again as they 'had not received it back yet'.

After this information, I waited until 13th July to ask for any further information on my order regarding delivery (as they had not bothered to inform me at all unless prompted by numerous e-mails), and to this day, they have not responded to any of my e-mails, I have sent 5 through on different occasions, so it would appear they are ignoring my e-mails in an attempt to keep the money I have paid.

As a result of this, I sent a request for refund e-mail on 24th July giving them 14 days to repay the amount owed before I take any action, but again, the message has been ignored.
Although the order was for a fairly small amount (31), I still don't see that as a reason why they should get away with it, or keep my money.

I would very much appreciate your help with this issue, as although it is a small amount, I don't exactly have all the money in the world, and if this company is doing this with other customers, I believe it should be made known.

The same thing happened to me. I ordered a pair of plugs in June and now 4 months later, still no response. I left numerous messages, emails, Facebook comments and questions (that were removed). It's not the money but the balls these guys have to just take the money and run.
If anyone has any info on how to reach someone for a refund, please post.
