took money off my card

i was shopping for air jordan 13 max stores and i found this website and i checked for garantees and certificates. I also seen paypal at the bottom of every page i went through in the site.. and because i seen paypal, which is trust worthy.. i thought the site was legit .

so i ordered some shoes using a credit card.. the card went through and the site said they would send me an email of my order details.. so i got curious and called my card company and found out that the site took $ 89.00 U.S Dollars off my card but the email of the order detail said they took 86 U.S Dollars and the agent that was checking my account said that the merchant done it and that the transaction method was by www.wedopay.net.. the site had paypal logos but they dont use it. so i feel like i was scammed.. will i be able to get my money back or the product?
