Yardsignsco.com David Rivera Took my $290 for 100 signs and stakes. Were to deliver 5/9/11...phony UPS#...SCAM Houston, Texas

David Rivera and Hector Salvidor are scam artists. They emailed me multiple times when I expressed interest in ordering 100 signs to be used in a local school board election. They promised to deliver the product via UPS today 5/9/11 and then gave a bogus UPS# because they never shipped anything. David claimed UPS must have lost the shipment. Nothing but lies from this guy. I have multiple emails and submitted a PAYPAL claim as PAYPAL should just shut them down. They take your money and never ship anything. Next step I will be contacting the District Attorney in Houston and request that they open and pursue a case against these scam artists.

I received my signs and i order every week from this company. I don't understand why this post is up here. They actually have a store front thats where i go to pick up signs. and if they are using pay pal to rip someone off. thats not a great ideal because the customer always gets their money back. I think these people here posting this are lying iam go to there shop and talk to them about this bull shit being posted. if any body see this or has some concern they can email me [email protected]

P.S.

I know these people i always get my signs. this post is straight bull shit if you guys have a problem go to there shop.

Thanks

Charles Mazzochi threatened me to spread all sorts of rumors about myself and the company I work for. I explained the situation to him of what happened. I let him know it was not our fault but our carriers.

We use UPS to ship, sometimes packages when they are picked up are not scanned, and when they fail to scan said package the tracking number pulls up without a record and the package is potentially lost.

Mr.Mazzochi needed his signs by tuesday and was aware the estimated delivery date was that monday. Unfortunately this was one of those cases.

We ship a lot of packages daily and do not track every single one as they leave our facility. When Mr.Mazzochi informed me on monday he had not yet recieved it, I let him know that the tracking number did not pull anything up. I also explained that since it had not come up with any information that there was a chance his package would not be arriving.

Since he needed them the following day and it was already later in the afternoon there was nothing we could do. I informed him I would start the paperwork for the refund and send it to the billing department and he should expect the credit back to the form of payment by friday.

Not once did I tell him I was keeping his money and not giving him his product. That is not the type of business we are. For him to say so is slander and I demand that this be taken off as it in ungrounded and without cause.

Mr. Mazzochi did not read our terms and conditions even though he agreed to them when he filled out the payment form. I understand he is upset and wants to hold someone liable but the fact of the matter is we sent his package, we were not the ones who lost it. We paid our employees to do the job, and purchased materials for the job as well, and we are still giving him a full refund.

If giving him a full refund even though we spent the money to produce the order when it is not our fault the package was lost is his definition of ripping off, then he needs to get a new definition. He says I lie, but if your calling me a liar when I tell the truth, would you want me to lie so you believe me? I had absolutely no reason to lie, why would I lie to him when we were giving him a full refund anyway, it makes no sense.

I demand his false and slanderous report be removed before we pursue legal actions to get it removed due to misdirected information that makes our company appear bad. He is getting a refund for a service that unfortunately he was not satisfied with, so there is no issue here other than a misderected individual trying to blow off steam.

In closure, the matter was resolved before it even appeared here. I would like this post removed due to the fact that it is false.
