Artificial Intelligence SEO AISEO Took My Money, Delivered Garbage Search Engine Traffic, and Refused To Honor Its Guarantee - Waipahu, Hawaii
19th of Apr, 2011 by User349785
The so-called "Artificial Intelligence SEO" service claims to use mysterious automated methods of generating "hits" to your website, and guarantees that it will either deliver what it promises or refund your money. In our case, they charged us two grand up front and promised us 2,000 hits a day a most substantial improvement from our typical 100 hits a day. That would be extraordinary, of course, and since they guaranteed my satisfaction with the results (and 2,000 hits a day), or my money back, I was more than happy to give it a go. But then ... nothing happened. Worse than nothing. While Artificial Intelligence SEO was monkeying around with our site, supposedly generating all this huge traffic for us, we actually saw a DROP IN TRAFFIC. And even worse than this, our sales plummeted by 75%. When I confronted the owner of AISEO (Artificial Intelligence SEO) concerning this and presented him with the numbers and asked for a refund of my money, he flat refused. He claimed to have "logs" of his own that supposedly showed we were getting "over 2,000 hits a day." (He wouldn't actually share those logs, of course. And when I questioned tech support at GoDaddy, they couldn't imagine what he was talking about.) Now, IF he was somehow mysteriously generating 2,000 hits a day 60,000 hits a month it would have meant that he was bringing in fully 20 TIMES OUR USUAL TRAFFIC. Wouldn't you think we would notice something like that? Wouldn't you think we would have at least seen ONE new inquiry come through as a result? But instead, what happened? Instead, we saw a massive DROP in traffic. We saw a complete drying up of inquiries. We saw a collapse in sales. I ended up filing the entire incident with the Better Business Bureau, where he fought me every step of the way, returning again and again to his claims of mysterious "logs," and claiming that he was sending us 60,000 hits a month, in spite of all the evidence to the contrary. He refused to refund a dime. Even when I begged him to just refund HALF the money, he flatly refused. If this company is generating any "hits" to anyone's websites, they can't be anything other than automated robot hits from Russia and the Philippines or somewhere exercising the the weakest of internet security protocols. And of what possible value is that kind of traffic anyhow?! If actual human beings interested in what you have to offer aren't visiting your site if it's some kind of bizarre robot traffic infestation, whose only purpose is to inflate this guy's "logs" so he can escape from having to refund anyone any money then what good is it? In the end, I was horribly dissatisfied. But customer satisfaction is the LAST concern of Artificial Intelligence SEO apparently. They don't care if you are happy with their services or not. They don't care if the traffic they send you is real or bogus. They hide behind mysterious "logs" (which they will never show you anyhow), and in the end you are left sitting there wondering how you could have been so stupid and gullible to fall for their scam. Avoid this company at all costs and any such company claiming to offer some kind of automated or "artificial intelligence" search engine optimization for your website. I lost two thousand dollars and saw 75% of our normal sales volume completely evaporate, and I've been sick in my stomach over it ever since. I'm still struggling to recover. Avoid "Artificial Intelligence SEO" like the plague. They can ruin your business, and could end up getting your entire website black-listed with Google. My only satisfaction is knowing that they are sure to go out of business soon. Scams like this can't last forever. And at some point I hope to see them brought to justice, shut down by the authorities, and the owner imprisoned for fraud.
