This company is a scam. They told me that our timeshare was in escrow to a buyer by the name of Mr. Miller. Started this 10/09/2009. Was told Mr. Miller was found to have a tax lien, and had to take care of it ASAP. The timeshare would be sold by March 2010, which was a maximum of 6 months. It became 7, 8, 9, and still Mr. Miller had not paid off the tax lien. I asked for my money back, and no one ever returned my calls. August 3, 2010 I called and found phones disconnected. The only phone still working is 1-407-574-7507 and I have left messages almost everday, with no response.

Unfortunately, there is virtually no resale market for timeshare anymore. The market has collapsed and the stark truth is that most timeshares are worthless. Ebay is full of timeshare weeks unsold for only $1. The sellers would of course be quite happy to sell for eve less just to rid themselves of timeshare.
