My wife and I lived at this property for 2 years never late with the rent never had an issue, but at move out our nightmare started, we left the apartment spotless, ready for a new tenant to move in, we have copy of every receipt for paint, cleaning supplies, carpet cleaning (which includes cleaning/corrective cleaning/and sanitazing) We used and amazing company who have worked at this property before. We do our final inspection and move out we later get a letter in the mail stating that they had replaced the carpet due to damages concidered beyond normal wear and tear, plus some pictures of "pet" urine stains, and well we owe them $458 plus they kept our $310 deposit, and here is where the problem starts because we have never had a pet, we called the carpet cleaning company which are more than willing to help us out because the professional cleaner never signed off on odor control in our cleaning stimate since we don't have a pet, they are also stating that the carpet was new at move in, when we request a copy of the public record of when it was last changed they send us a letter of a company that does not exist, and how do we know this well because we tried to get in touch with the company and the number is out of service, so how did they get in touch with them to get a copy of this letter? or to even get an estimate for carpet replacement??? we researched online and found endless complaints from people regarding ilegal and dark procedures for move out and charges made to them, we are trying to avoid being another couple being ripped off from this company. We have plenty of proof to back up our claim. We also tried calling them and they scan their calls, because we have proff that they altered documents, We have the original copies and they emailed us "copies" that reflected what they needed not the truth. So now they won't even come to the phone!!!
