Tried out the zipongo healthy deals coupon. It never went through...on my end. He lied to me and took my money! Now I'm supposed to wait because he is "not done yet." I'd like to meet this man in person, and not to shake his hand. Still waiting for my refund. :(

User919248 emailed Andronico's customer service with a non-working email address and non-working phone number, and has filed no refund requests to our help desk. It is not possible to understand what happened or how to issue this person a refund, given the lack of honest contact information. We have contacted the authorities about this fraudulent behavior and ask that you please investigate this user. You may also contact us or our grocery partner to verify.

I paid $5 for $10 of olive oil with no coupon coming to me online. Andronicos would not honor the email saying that the deal was available. Zipongo has no phone # to correct this so I am out the $5. You ARE scammming, and I am not a fraud. Eileen in Berkeley.

Given the time period of your complaint, we have no record of a purchase of an olive oil coupon from any Eileen in Berkeley in our customer database. We also have no record of technical support questions or refund requests to our help desk. Please visit our uservoice page at http://zipongo.uservoice.com/ so that we may answer any questions you may have.

For example, the email you printed out would not have been the valid coupon. That is just a notification, letting you know when the deal has tipped (or, enough people have purchased it to run it) and your card has been charged. Rather, the coupon is printable from your Zipongo account on the website. These are all things we can clear up with an email to our helpdesk.
