What a disgrace to the name of the great Alexander Mcqueen. Being a massive fan of his I found a website that offered a great range of Alexander McQueen items at discounted prices called alexandermcqueenonline. I have always been careful with websites so I read the feedback about the site. Feeling that the website was genuine, out came the credit card and during the next couple of mins I had spent a total of almost four hundred dollars. As guranteed the delivery was quick and was very excited until I opened the package and discovered a fake coach bag instead of the McQueen belt and bracelet I had paid and requested. Furthermore. the package had come from Shanghai, China, NOT the United Kingdom. When I got in touch with the sales support team they were very apologetic and were quick to say that my items were to be redelivered and I could keep the bag. This was two months ago. Every single time I have emailed back they told me to be patient and that my items were coming, and now there is no record of my order, and they have refused to answer me back or refund my money. To a certain degree I was foolish enough to order from a discount store, next time will spend a bit more and order from net-o-porter. to conclude my report please do not buy from alexandermcqueenonline, I am sure there are other Mcqueen outlets on the net that are real and genine, BUT NOT THIS ONE.
