America's Mattress Sold Us A Used Bed Tacoma, Washington

My husband and I went to America's Mattress looking to upgrade to a king-size adjustable bed. After the salesman wasted a great deal of our time trying to sell us the most expensive products in the place we finally got to the price range we were looking for. We found a great price on a floor model mattress and they had 2 adjustable platforms that were last year models that they were selling at discounted prices. We were very happy with our purchase price and the product. However, when they delivered it (and it took 5 days to do that) the mattress had coffee stains on it that they had covered up with the foot ribbon so it could not be seen. I'm convinced this was a returned (used) mattress, not a floor model, though I specifically asked before buying it and was assured it was not a return. The salesman acted like he had no idea the stain was there, though I don't know how he wouldn't have seen it; it's huge. Also, the last year's model on the platforms turned out to be 2007 models! That's a 4 years ago model. And they looked like they were very used as well; they had stains and black marks all over them. And one of them did not even work. I have not yet worked out a resolution to this problem as it only occured yesterday. But regardless of the resolution, this should never have happend to begin with. I will post an update as soon as I have one.
