American Homes 4 Rent AH4R DO NOT RENT FROM AH4R in Dallas - You will be miserable! Richardon, Texas

We have been renting from AH4R Dallas for only three weeks and really regret it. We were sold on the idea that "everything" would be taken care of and that renting from a corporation will provide a much less stressful environment over a over-reaching family. Well, since our move-in we have had issue after issue, as we are the first tenants to live in the home after they bought the foreclosure. What we thought was a rehab job was just a paint job. Every day something is breaking... in the last three weeks the A/C has broken, Dishwasher, Plumbing has overflowed, Disposal broke, Sprinklers busted and flooding the yard and the list goes on and on. This would be livable if the management team was responsive and communicated, however, we have had broken commitment one after another. They do not return calls. We can only catch them if we call from different #'s and then they quickly hang up the phone and "promise" to call tomorrow. They are liars. They do not care. They are all scheming together somehow. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! This is a living hell.
