Argosy Universty Online Scandiculously scammed me out of ALL my Financial Aid & Lied Repeatedly... Internet, Internet

Argosy University Online is a scam. The Finace Department gots to be stealing money, because I been enrolled in school for three months and was told I would recieve a stipend at a certain time. But I didn't. I never talked to a counselor until I talk yo my Admission Counselor and she transferred me then. When I did talk to them they couldn't answer my questions nor could they get my finances straight. Louise Avila had me sending in the same info a hundred times, change finance counselor to Christopher Walls, he was worst. I ask him where, what and how much my stipend was, he froze and replied I want get one. I said I need to withdraw because you all have taken all my stipend. He told me I shouldn't have a problem about going to school without a stipend. I replied well since you all want to do it like this I'm done. He said I would have a balance. How? They already got all my money, then they even took my Military Grant. This let me know they are trained to scam and all working together. They didn't give me nothing then or now. Money still posted on my page saying it's there.

Do they give you the option to handle ur own financial aid when completing the application or do u have let them be in charge ?
