MOSS SIDELL DOES NOT RETURN CALLS AND MY BANK SAYS HE NEVER SPOKE WITH HIM AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE PAID ANY UPFRONT FEES TO ANY SALESREP IN MY HOME.I TRUSTED JERRY AND THE ATTORNEY SIDELL AND IT LOOKS LIKE I WILL LOSE MY HOME.
I UNDERSTAND SIDELL, MAYER AND HIS WIFE ARE RUNNING AN ONGOING SCAM-THEY HAVE 3 DIFFERENT COMPANIES FROM THE SAME LOCATION.SIDELL IS ON BZ ALMOST EVERYDAY AND I CAN'T BELIEVE HE GETS AWAY WITH THIS.
THESE CON MEN HAVE NEW AGREEMENTS AND NEW STORIES EVERY TIME YOU TALK TO THEM.
WELL I WILL BE TALKING TO THE COURTS AND THE PRESS TIL THEY GET SHUT DOWN.
THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS.
I SEE HE NOW HAS A WEBSITE FULL OF RECOMMENDATIONS FROM HIS FRIENDS-CITYSEARCH-IT IS SO OBVIOUS IT IS DISGUSTING
LETS GET THIS CLOWN OFF THE AIR AND PUT WHERE HE BELONGS!

I sat down with Sidell & Mayer (American Consultants) a year ago - they wanted 3500 paid in 4 checks of 875 each.I paid them 2625 before I was laid off and didn't qualify for a loan mod anymore until I became employed again. I have a new job with the income that will qualify me for a loan mod. Sidell & Mayer sent me a letter saying my files were sent to Phil Cero someone in NY, who was the president of American Consultants. Whe I contacted Phil, he said he know nothing about the letter and Sidell never informed him about any files being sent over to him.After numerous attempts to contact Sidell & Mayer, i was finally allowed to meet with them. I told them about my new financial status and I wanted to continue my loan mod application at this time.
They informed me that i had to sign a new agreement with $875 paid up front with any additional work charged at $325 per hour. I did not engage them this time for the additional fee, but pursued my loan mod on my own.
I do feel that they swindled me out of the initial $2625 as the original contract said their services were guaranteed and my money would be refunded if they could not obtain a loan modification for me. SInce American Consultants is defunct, I really do know what action I can take to try to get my money back - if any.

He continues to advertise on WBZ- I'm appalled that WBZ allows such deceptive, dishonest scammers.
