Atlas Heating & Cooling Spiros Karasavvas Buyer Beware Macomb, Michigan

Atlas Heating and Cooling (Spiros Karavvas) installed an air conditioner at my home in May 2010. Spiros returned in October 2010 and installed a new furnace. Total purchase: $5100. Last month we tried to turn the air conditioner on, and it doesn't work. The owner, Spiros Karasavvas, was responsive at first, but quickly determined he didn't know what was wrong. He claimed he was calling the manufacturer (Goodman) to request a technician come and take a look. 10 days of the runaround, no returned phone calls and still no air conditioning. Goodman has NO record of Spiros ever calling technical support regarding my air conditioner. Typical...he got our money, now we're of no use to him. I've had to hire another HVAC technician to come out and fix his handy work. ***BUYER BEWARE***

Same here. He Installed a new furnace 2-2-2010, used about two months then summer came. This past October we turned on furnace no heat called Atlas Heating and Cooling 586-339-4828 of 20945 Ivy Cicle Macomb, Michigan 48044. He came out could not fix or find problem. I called him back he stated what do you wnt me to do about it. Never came back. Consumers power found problem in 10 min.

Buyer beware do not let this company a one man operation install or attempt to fix your furnace. Do your home work he is a joke. In time what goes around comes around. He is all about the money install and run...

Buyer beware do not let this company a one man operation install or attempt to fix your furnace. Do your home work he is a joke. In time what goes around comes around. He is all about the money install and run... submitted twice to correct date installed... BEware Beware I can not say it enough...
