Austintown Auto Sales Illegal reposession and changed the deal Austintown, Ohio

i had seen a 2004 chevy trailblazer there so i stopped in and took it for a trial run. i had liked how it drove so i had talked to the manager Doug, the had went on to tell me that the car had been there for awhile and all he wanted to do was get rid of it. That he would make a deal with me. That he was very religious and felt that god had brought me to him to help me out, he went on about jesus and god the whole time i was there. He made me feel like he was a trust worthy person that was willing to really help me out. I am a single mom of three kids and i don't trust people easily. I told him that a few things needed to be fixed, the radio the knobs on the heat, and the 4X4. Also i told that i only could put down $4000.00, He said that was fine and we could set up some payment arrangements. So we made the deal i got the trail blazer he said to bring it back the next week to fix the radio. I told him that i couldn't be with out a vehicle because i had to go to work , he said that he would have one for me to use for the day. When i got there he let me use one of the guys that was going to fix my radios car. It was a piece of junk, no seat belt for my kids, but i had to go to work. I reluctantly drove it for the day. When i came back to get my trail blazer the radio was not fixed i had to take it to be reprogrammed and that he would pay for that. I took it to the dealer ship to have it reprogrammed and it cost 100.00 Doug was suppose to pay it and never did, I had to pay it. They also informed me that the tires were wrong on the car in the front. So i looked at them and could tell that they were not the same ones that were on it when i bought it. I was hospitalized and was only 2 weeks late on 1/2 of a payment and they repossessed my car, and kept my personal possessions, also claim i owe them more than i paid for the trail blazer even though i put 4000 down and made in total of 3 more payments totaling 1800.00. I need the trail blazer back and Doug told me that he needed 450.00 to get it back. I told Doug that it would take me a week or so to get that and he said ok. When the time came i went there and it changed to him wanting the balance 5000.00 which is more that i was suppose to pay for the car. I told him i had 900.00 and he said he would call the financing place, i said ok. Waited for his call and when he called back he said that that wasn't going to work. I asked for the name and number of the financial place and he said that he doesn't give that information out. So he gave me 20 days to come up with the balance. he ripped me off changed the price, lied and is a con artist who says he has a brain tumor. Therefor do not buy a car from him or Anna, she also has a big mouth and will rip u off.
