Auto Pips Profit - Plimus Ltd - Easy Click Pips autopipsprofit.com Fraud - Vendor Auto Pips Profit Sales Page in Line With Plimus.com Merchant? Plim
15th of Jul, 2011 by User899334
I am a fair person and hope that in this world others would have the same quality and respect for each other. Here we have a Vendor (Auto Pips Profit) who is selling a product or service and some how made a deal, so to speak, with a Merchant (Plimus) whom you will not want to do business with. Plimus has approved this Vendor's Sales Page and if you fall victim to buying from them you will be scammed. The Sales Page leaves an impression that if you are not happy in any way after trying there product or service, a 100% money back guarantee will be returned to you with no questions asked. The guarantee is a 180 day money back guarantee and is in writing and full video, leaving people to fall for their plan to steel your money...no to ways about it. Plimus, the Merchant will just refuse the refund saying you have only 30 days, but yet approved the Vendor and his Product knowing fair well the stated guarantee on the sales page, that the customer (we) are falling for. Not a good policy for your customers, I would say...Bad...and
unreliable. Not sure about you, but what would you think when a Sales
Page sells a product and has a guarantee in writing and video stating
this, so called full guarantee...100% no questions asked. If your not
satisfied with the product, you get a full refund and you have 180 days to decide. This is unjust to the people who fall victim of this service, and using
tactics such as this, will without a doubt fail.
Plimus is the only one to harass the customer when it
comes to issuing a refund. Do you really think it should be like this.
In my previous email to them, I stated my reason for which I would like a refund and that was okd by the Auto Pips Profit support, telling me to get your refund Contact Plimus. My reason for the refund is that the product is not as advertised. I am not satisfied with the product and I am requesting a refund. Click Bank is a good example of how the customer should be treated. The rules are simple, the Vendor has a responsibility to fulfill his or her part of the deal. That is to say if the product being sold is a scam or the customer buying the product chooses to refund, for what ever reason according to the Guarantee given on the Sales Page, which is ok'd by Click Bank, he or she may do so...without harassing the customer. There is no problem with ClickBank as they are not on the Vendors side as Plimus is. Plimus say's they are always trying to better their service. Well, for one thing the email you will get from them is sent to everyone stating this and used as a ploy to frustrate you, to give up after so many attempts at trying to get your refund. Don't get me wrong here guy's, Auto Pips Profit has every right to sell what they want, but the problem is the customer will not be protected form this sale because of Plimus - the Merchant they are using to collect your money. They are in this together and are both guilty of this scam. Again, Plimus is the bigger part of this problem because they should know better as a Merchant. How can they approve of this knowing full well that people will lose their money and that they know the 180 day full money back guarantee will not be honored, sham on Plimus. Yes, once you email them regarding a refund, they throw a link at you with their return policy, how convenient. Now, they think their going to pull a fast one on people with these tactics and get away with it. Auto Pips Profits is not the only Product Plimus is used to collect your money as there are many more and they are approving this type of business practice scamming people and should not get away with it. In closing, I would like the people to rise to what they believe should be fair business practice and voice your opinion to put a stop to these crooks. Thank you

I'm sorry you had such a frustrating experience getting a refund from Plimus. I am the product marketing manager there - my name is Stephanie Kaul. If you are still having an issue with your refund, please contact me and I will help resolve the situation. There are a few things to keep in mind. Auto Pips Profits is just one of thousands of vendors that Plimus processes payments for. We do not always agree with the business practices of the vendors, and have recently taken steps to remove all work from home businesses from our vendor porfolio. This particular vendor, Auto Pips Profits, actually offers two different products that are very similar - one has a 180 day refund guarantee, the other does not. Depending on which site you purchase the product from determines the refund period. Plimus does have a standard 30-day refund guarantee but if a vendor offers a longer refund period than that, Plimus will defer to the vendor. If the vendor does not abide by his/her own refund policy, Plimus will do the very best it can to mediate and resolve the discrepancy.

Please feel free to contact me at [email protected] and let me see how I can help you. We process tens of thousand of dollars in transactions a day, there are bound to be issues with some orders. We are a legitimate business trying to service both sides of the transaction (assist the vendor as well as help their shoppers), please contact us and allow us to turn your negative experience into a positive one.

Greetings!

The above is "almost" understandable, to me, because the site visitor made the conscious decision to trust both, the SELLER and the PAYMENT PROCESSOR.

In my case, I've never been anywhere near your sales page, yet we have received (another) scam-bill from you. And it is highly advisable that you consider to whom this action has been (ultimately) directed!

You charged a VISA card, belonging to Kim Tabbert (b7Marketing TI), the amount of 71.17 (amount in euro), without a request for your product/service. The product listed on the Visa bill is "PLI Easy Click, " with what looks like the tracking # "Y8, 18663127733."

Please take swift action in reimbursing said funds to Mr Tabbert's VISA account.

Thank you for your help, and for your understanding the magnitude of the action taken by your merchant.
