Bai Sandra Sinsuat Sema liar estafa queen and election cheater

A woman whom police described as “Estafa Queen” was arrested by police while shopping yesterday morning.
Bai Sandra Sinsuat Ampatuan Sema, was arrested by operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group while shopping. .
A warrant issued by the Municipal Circuit Trial Court was used in the arrest.
At least seven complainants appeared at the CIDG-7 office to lodge a complaint against Sema.
After the arrest, Sema was brought to the agency’s office which she declined media interviews.
The court recommended P6,000,000 for her temporary liberty.
A complainant from mother barangay , Poblacion dos, alleged that Sema failed to pay her P2.5 million for the jewelry that she bought from her in 2010.
Another female complainant said Sema bought jewelry from her worth P9,000,000.
The woman said she later discovered that the check of Bai Sandra Sinsuat Sema had no sufficient funds
