BB&T
Fraudulent Foreclosure as part of the MERS Scam
9th of Aug, 2011 by Truth Goddess
BB&T had me making payments to them, though they transferred my deed to MERS. When a lay firm tried to impose covenants & restrictions on my deed in violation of law (STATE & FED) using their favorite political placed judge, we went to BB&T asking for both of us to make a claim on title insurance. Instead they escalated our note & foreclosed illegally, which is when we learned our home had been illegally transferred to a dummy corporation. MERS is the "mortgage electronic registration system," used to mask real estate transfers unbeknownst or understood by the owner. BB&T then reported our home as a foreclosure & threatened to sue, filing multiple lawsuits with false info. We now have lost our GA home of 17 years, which they obtained via a deed transfer from MERS in SC AFTER foreclosing illegally! Not 1 government, bank, or law enforcement official can or will help to resolve and correct .... welcome to BANK FRAUD USA!!!
