bluedogink.com Withheld promised refund of creitcard payment. Internet

Ordered printer ink for our Laser Color Printer. Ist order went without a hitch. good service etc. 2nd order we received the correct boxes but the content of the boxes were not what was marked on the boxes. Called Bluedogink, they responded by sending us the correct printer cartridges but not first without charging our credit card once again, which under the circumstances was acceptable, they assured us that when they receive the wrong cartridges back they would refund the third payment! That was 5 weeks ago. We have received emails from Bluedogink confirming that they have indeed refunded us our money and that they would send a receipt to confim this action by them. this was two weeks ago, today nothing has been received, either money or receipt they had indeed sent a refund!
We have been ripped off!
