My story is not short by any means and despite how ubsurd it may sound I assure you it is all true. I have two children from a previous relationship that I have ( had) full custody of. The mother has passed away. I met my current wife in 2003 when my children were 11/2 yrs old and 6 months old. My current wife and I were married in 2003 she came into our relationship with 3 children from her previous. Her previous is a convicted sex offender who forced an 8 year old girl to perform folatio on him and was convicted of rape and 2 counts of gross sexual imposition. He has had no contact with the children since our marriage in 2003, it was court ordered nor would we allow it. It is the natural instinct for a parent to protect their children especially from a predator of this type. There was a woman who was married to the father of my wifes two half sisters she is mental clinically and when my wife and I was married in 2003 this woman was calling children services with all kinds of crazy untrue accusations that were found to be untrue and cases were closed. She even sent the columbus police to our house on false accusations about child abuse and domestic violence, the cops determined these to be bogus calls and advised me to make a police report against this woman so they can have it flagged in the computer as a bogus caller and they would not respond to our address anymore if she continued to call. I have a copy of the report from 2003 against this lady. In 2009 she called in the same bogus alligations that she did in 2003. She also filed in court for emergency custody of one of our daughters. When we went to court based on her false allegations the judge removed our one daughter and placed her into a foster home. This was 6/23/2009. We left the courthouse with our remaining children which by this time we have had 2 additional, my wife was 9 weeks pregnant when we met and I nurtured her and took care of the baby, gave him my name and signed the birth certificate as the father. Prior to 6/23/09 when are daughter was taken we had an open case for a year where a child service worker was coming out once a month to see the children at know time was there concern for anything and no services offered or suggested, that was open valenteerly because the school aged children had missed some school due to my wife having a stroke and I was laid off from work and denied enrollment at schools for not having a current lease and being in transition, I finally got hold of a group project connect part of the columbus board of education that help advocate for me to get the children placed into school. We asked children services for help to get into an apartment close to the school but we were denied, we were told they were not there to pay our bills. We then had gotten help from a church that had helped get us into the apartment. The children went to school everyday even when they were sick I took them and had the nurse send them home. This brings us back to 6/23/09 when our frst daughter was taken. I forgot to mention this same crazy woman had called in more false accusations to children services on 5/29/09 children services sent two columbus detectives to our house on bogus charges of assault aginst our children. We coroperated with the investigation and it was closed with the detectives finding the alligations not to be true after they conducted all of their interviews and I have that report too. Again that was 5/29/09 thru 6/8/09 when it was closed out. Our first daughter was removed on 6/23/09 all because of this crazy woman. We are still fighting currently for our kids to come home it is now 7/11/11 the burdon of pfoof is on our side but my children are a paycheck to them. We have passed random urine drug screens so they ordered hair folicle testing that we also passed, we have attended parenting classes twice and completed them. Had alcohol and drug assessments even though we dont even socially drink and passed that, we have never had cops to our house for domestic violence between us but had to complete a domestic violence asseesent that was in our favor too. We also had a mental assessment and that was in ourfavor. We went to one of their qwack doctors for a psychological evaluation and despite not having a drug problem his reconmendation is to continue random testing which by the way is conducted by his facilities. And he wants to observe us with our children. This is all such a crock. If anyone has any ideas or can help in some way I would appreciate +earing from you. I dont know what else to do. We are and have done everything with things coming back in our favor but I still see no end in sight. Please help....
