About half the quantity ordered after the rep called me to confirm that the shipment had been spilled by the shipping company and that the balance would be sent to me after they worked out freight with the shipping company and that they would throw in some extra.

After a few shipments came in, I found out that we had been billed for each shipment as if they were under new purchase orders.Upon calling the "local rep" I found his phone to no longer be in service.
