DO NOT SHOP AT COUTURE HARDWEAR!!!! BEWARE....
I Purchased shoes at couture hardwear. com, it 17 days for the shows to be shipped and reach me... The shoes were $200 and the VERY poorly constructed... My $100 Steve Maddens and Jessica Simpsons were 1000 times better made than these shoes... And on top of that the shoes looked nothing like the photo on the website... So needless to say I sent the shoe back... I requested and RA# I received it the following day, I mailed the shoes (with a tracking number) on the 22nd they received them on the 24th... My return was not processed until the following month on the 5th... I was told after the 5th that it would take 3-5 business day for the refund to show up on my card... needless to say it never did... I notified the credit card company and they tried to call but that said it was a non-working number... My credit card company is now investigating my dispute for refund... I have given all correspondence and my USPS info to the credit card company... MY ADVICE: JUST DONT DO IT... ITS A SCAM! Totally what I get for buying knockoffs any way... I will post my story on every website available, and please dont believe them when the try to justify their horrible customer service and fraudulent practices... |

Ay info you can provide would help! All I can find is an email address that they NEVER respond to. I've emailed at least 10 times...Hoping to find a phone number or a better way to reach a representative in person.

| I work for the company. Unfortunately, the owner of the company had what she thought was a trusted business partner. Turned out she didn't. They were basically stealing from her and not processing the proper returns when needed nor shipping items when ordered. During the duration of the time she was dealing with personal family issues with an ill family member which kept her away from work. I feel really bad for her because she is a good person who is honest and trustworthy and unfortunately the person she trusted to help her and partner with her completely screwed her. She has been in business for many years. I just don't think it's fair that her reputation should be ruined because someone screwed her. Just thought i'd put that out there just cause I don't think it's fair that someone else decided make bad decisions. |
