Horrible Experience here. I have heart failure, and went for my Ultrasound at the beginning of Nov. After 7 days the Dr. never called me with my results; at which time I had left 5 calls over a period of 4 days. After finally contacting the office manager, she promised me that the Dr. would call that day.(Nov 16)She never did, but luckily after calling the after-hours number Stark turned out to be on-call. When I voiced my displeasure about her performance her immediate response was, “Well, we can always help you find another Doctor." I explained to her that she was not doing her job, and that I did not need her to help me conduct my business. I also advised her that her attitude was neither acceptable nor professional and promptly hung up. I will be changing Doctors very shortly now. In all my years of seeing physicians I have never encountered such a lackadaisical attitude towards a patient with a serious heart condition such as myself.
