Dual Dot Media Services paid for and not provided Internet

We hired Dual Dot Media to provide work for us and they did not preform the work we paid for "in advacne". When we reuqested a refund they refused. They were rarly available by phone and did not respond to emails when we aksed for help. They were refered to us by a major compnay who we trusted. They should be turned in the the TN Attorney General's Office and the BBB in TN.

The facts:
1. The client "did" pay in advance, $1200.
2. The client had the design firm go into his manufacturer sites to pull the information on his multitude of
a product line.
3. The client was provided a logo AND a design which he did approve.
4. The client blew out his products more than once and the designer(s) have to re-do the design AND the
re-importation a total of three times.
5. The client "did" ask for a refund - a full six months after no contact at ALL.
6. The design firm offered to FIX whatever the issues were. The client "refused". It was a total year since
payment of the contract... yes a "contract" that stated no refunds.
7. The client has been "smearing" the design firm. The client has been "lying" about the facts. The client
has been putting threatening and slanderous information on YouTube which was not done by the designer
for profit or personal gain, but by a third party.

If anyone is a fraud, it is "this" client. His name is RICK GRIFFITHS, of Today's Classroom. He is speaking about BigCommerce.com as the national company that he "trusted".

It is absolutely PATHETIC when any client can lie about a designer and try to ruin their business when they are wrong and cannot take responsibility. As a designer, I have no problem admitting my shortcomings OR redoing work, but after hours upon hours OF work will NOT refund money a year later. NO designer would.

CLIENTS DO NOT OWN DESIGNERS LIKE SLAVES!
