Dynamic Solutions International Conflicting and Unsatisfactory Identification of Company Phoenix, Arizona

This may be a legitimate company but here is a brief report of my dealings with Dynamic Solutions International and you can draw your own conclusion. Last week I attempted to recover the initial fee of $195.00 made on December 19. I do not take seriously the representative's sales promotions but I thought the loss was a small exchange for a chance to recover from a similar business. I was also aware that there is not a chance that these companies disclose "who" they are until they have the money in hand. When the "Welcome" package came four days later, I read it carefully. Of seven colorful pages there are five notes of a phone number, 866-483-6182, which "are no longer in service or have been disconnected". There were two photo copied pages from EPS "Merchant Credit Card Authorization" with my full name, address, and phone number, the 16 digit card number, expiration date, and the CVV code. There is no information on who, what or where about this company. There is another sheet asking that I "provide a photo copy of the back and front of the Credit card and "photo ID of card holder." Only the first page of the IRA W-9 was enclosed asking for the Social security number.
Also, enclosed was the invoice for $195.00 from a company, "Unique Leads-Member Invoice" with an address, 731 S. Arizona Ave, Chandler AZ 85225. My Visa statement furnished me the only contact information. It was the cell phone number for: Unique Leads 480-2433921 AZ, which is answered by a man, whom I guess is the after-hours service, and he took my number. He told me that Unique Leads was located in the same office as Dynamic Solutions....a large company of maybe 100 people. The return envelope provided showed Dynamic Solution International, 300 W Osborne Rd Ste 105, Phoenix 85013. There is a filing with the Arizona Corporation Commission in January 2011 and on September 14, 2011 amended to show Scott Walters as the remaining member. I spent hours during the Christmas holidays researching and decided that I would cancel no matter what the excuses might be. On Dec 26, I attempted to contact the company on the grounds of conflicting and missing information. Contrary to their excuse, there was no notice enclosed that corrected the phone numbers. I asked for a refund and I was very rudely given notice of the "loss to their company" and the screaming continued through their three return calls. A very strange and unbelievable experience. I was not upset. I just considered the source and was more confident than ever that I had made the right decision to distant myself from this short acquaintance. SoSad Yazoo City

I too have been having problems with them. Though I don’t know if it is the company themselves or their marketing company that handles their leads. Yes it is almost impossible to reach anyone. Yes they are very short on the phone when you can reach someone.

It seems very disconcerting trying to reach anyone. If they don’t answer the main line….what happens when someone who needs service, a customer looking for credit solutions calls? Well nothing happens if no one answers the phone.

I’ve been with this company for almost a year. I have over 5, 000 leads registered with them. Almost a year later, I have only one conversion…and that one conversion is not even one of my leads. That means there are 5, 000 of my leads desperately needing credit solutions not being contacted. Well it appears they are not being contacted. I submitted my own name to them six months ago. Not a single call.

I do believe the company is doing exactly what they claim to do. I do believe there are lots of their agents making money with them. But I believe they are selected individuals hand picked by the company. The rest of us are just funding those agents. I just wish I was one of them.

Since they are, for some reason, unable to answer their phone, I’ve sent several letters to the company officers. That was months ago. No response. Meanwhile I keep pushing on. I’ve sent in my own leads over the past year. None have been contacted to date.
