E-Fit Financial SHADY ONLINE AUTOMATIC BILLING PRACTICES Devner, Colorado

Gym Owners and fitness center beware of this company. We entered into a contract agreement with them where will bill our club members automatically from thier bank account. We notice suspicous activity in where they will bill members for "late fees" and charge their account 4 or 5 days after the due date in order to create "late fees". Their answer for this when contacted would be "that the members account was invalid". Our members would confirm this to not be true. Efit Financial would then credit their account with funds that belong to us "the gym" "double dipping". When confronted about their billing practices, no one in their department was authorized to give an answer and the person we needed to speak with was never available. If you want to terminate services with Efit Financial, you must submit a written notice within 180 days and they will continue to bill your members for 6 months. Even after you and the member have been unhappy with their services. They are quick to solicit your business and will call you every single day to earn you business but once they get it, no one is available, can be reach, and every rep that answers the phone is not authorized to give out answers. This company is a rip and will cost us a tremdous amount when we attempt to reach them. Gym/ Fitness Owners Beware of this company.
