Formatted my hard drive and re-downloaded/installed the game from the Electronic Arts website but the game won't startup now due to some error that Electronic Arts (sucky) customer service could not solve via online chat support and today waited over 20 minutes for a customer service (punk with bad attitude) agent to answer the phone. This little pink-butt that has not even been on the planet long enough to know much at all got a snippy attitude with me during the verification process where he (according to Electronic Arts Policy) needed to spell out and sound out every letter of my name and email address several times before I got irritated with this and asked for his supervisor. Then he (name is 'Christian) hung up on me.
