I'm simply going out of my brain with this problem.
After 8 weeks of repeated phone calls to the customer services and not recieving back a single call back as promised i have had enough! 8 weeks ago excel windows fitted 4 windows and a door in my house only for us to find the plastic frames to be sub-standed and the glass not to be of the high grade that we had actually paid for. We can accept that some times products may not come up to standed as these can be put right in the end... However, we can even get them to call us back nor get an answer from any of the emails we have sent. It's simply "shocking!!" I would advice to anyone reading the entry to stay away from the services of or you will be sorry!
